Yes! We welcome and encourage you to come on your own. It’s our intention to create a welcoming environment so that you feel at home. We have no doubt that the other retreat guests will quickly feel like your soul family.

You can choose to share a room with a friend or we will match you up with another solo retreat guest. This is an option on all our retreats and we find it works really well (you may even leave with a new bestie).

This retreat will include between 9 - 10 guests.

Padma Ha is accessible from 3 airports.

Chetumal Airport is closest. Once you land you can get a taxi or transfer to Bacalar (around 1hr).

Tulum Airport is 2.5 hrs drive from Bacalar. Once you land you can get a taxi, transfer or take the ADO bus to Bacalar.

Cancun Airport is 4 hrs drive from Bacalar. Once you land you can get a taxi, transfer or take the ADO bus to Bacalar.

I recommend flying to Chetumal if possible.

After hosting many retreats I have found that 3 set meals per day at the retreat centre can be too heavy. Also, as we will be exploring Bacalar during the day, lunch will be enjoyed at the popular restaurants in town. You can order what you like, depending on how hungry you are. You can budget around $15 - $30 USD per day for lunch (200 - 400 MXN pesos). Please bring MXN pesos cash to pay at the restaurants.

There will be fruit, nuts and bars provided at the retreat centre for snacking in between meals.

Yes! I can suggest reputable taxi and transfer services and make sure you get to Bacalar smoothly and safely.

You will need to book a flight that will get you to Bacalar by 3pm on the 17th of November.

If you arrive to Bacalar before the check-in time (3pm) you can meet me at a beach bar in town, grab a bite to eat and we can all go together to the retreat centre for check in at 3pm.

Check out is 11am so you will need to book an afternoon flight home on the 22nd of November. Please consider driving time to the airport.

November in Bacalar marks the pleasant transition from the rainy season to the dry season. You can expect warm, sunny days with average daytime highs around 29°C to 30°C and comfortable overnight lows of 20°C to 22°C. Humidity drops compared to the summer months, and rainfall is significantly reduced.

Yes. Outside of the retreat program there will be free time to each day to rest, explore and connect.

Currency: All rates are listed in USD and are priced per person.

Booking Deposit: A non-refundable $500 USD deposit is required immediately to secure your spot. Payment is made via credit or debit card via the booking form.

Second Installment: A second non-refundable $500 USD deposit is due on October 1st, 2026.

Final Balance: Your remaining final balance must be paid on or before November 1st, 2026.

Registration Deadline: Bookings will officially close on November 1st, 2026, or as soon as the retreat sells out.

Payment Methods: Payments after the initial deposit are recommended via Wise to avoid fees.

Processing Fees: Payments made after the initial deposit using credit or debit cards will incur a 4% Stripe processing fee added to the total transaction.

Non-Refundable Framework: Because these funds are immediately used to secure the private venue, chefs, and activities, all installment payments (including the initial deposits and the final balance) are strictly non-refundable once paid.

Change of Mind: We do not offer cash refunds or future credit notes if you change your mind, choose not to travel, or can no longer attend.

Ticket Transfers (Your Flexible Option): Because we know life happens, your ticket is fully transferable. If you cannot make it, you are welcome to gift or sell your spot to a friend, family member, or someone else who can take your place.

Mandatory Travel Insurance: Due to our strict non-refundable policy and upfront financial commitments, all attendees are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your policy must include "Trip Cancellation" coverage. In the event of a personal medical emergency, sudden illness, or injury preventing you from attending, you will need to file a claim directly with your insurance provider for a full reimbursement.

Disasters (Guest Impact): We are not liable for personal cancellations resulting from natural disasters, severe weather events (including hurricanes), political unrest, pandemics, or airline flight cancellations. If an event prevents you from traveling but the retreat itself is operating safely, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Disasters (Host Impact): In the rare and extreme event that a natural disaster, act of God, or major safety emergency forces us to cancel or postpone the entire retreat, all payments made will be automatically converted into a full credit note for the rescheduled dates or a future event. We are not responsible for any personal losses incurred by guests under these circumstances, including non-refundable flights or separate transport bookings.
